Our Mission

 Crossreach Adult Day Program enriches the lives of older adults by providing compassionate, person-centered programs that promote dignity, independence, meaningful connection, and overall well-being while offering vital support and respite to family caregivers.

About us

 ​​​​​Crossreach was founded in 1973 to provide support to  seniors, their families and their caregivers who were finding it difficult to maintain an independent lifestyle due to issues arising from the aging process.  Over the past 45+ years, our organization has expanded both the scope of the services provided and the number of seniors served.  At the present time our main focus is to operate an Adult Day Center as part of the health care system funded by the Province of BC through the  Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.  Currently we provide services to approximately 65 seniors. 



 

DONATIONS




To continue to provide excellent service to our clients and their caregivers we must raise considerable funds from private sources each year.

There are many ways you can donate to Crossreach in support of our program and any donation over $20.00 will be issued a charitable tax receipt.

Like most community-based organizations we are dependent on the generosity of individuals like you to achieve our goal of providing meaningful programs to seniors and their caregivers. Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
